Venta-max ventilator is the first locally-assembled emergency mid-end invasive mechanical ventilator working on mandatory and assisted modes for both pressure and volume cycles assuring safe and stable breathing in acute pneumonia patients. In addition, it can directly help in keeping severe COVID-19 patients breathing when their lungs aren’t capable anymore of delivering a sufficient amount of oxygen by itself. Mainly by controlling the max/min pressure, inspiration to expiration ratio, respiratory rate, the concentration of oxygen and the tidal volume of the delivered air inside the lungs in both inhaling and exhaling processes. While on the other hand it can shift to assist mode that is triggered by patient breathing for more comfort by controlling support sensitivity. Furthermore, it is built using simple fabrication machinery and plug-and-play components using available industrial pneumatic materials. In addition, it is easy to maintain and clean, and made of widely available materials and sensors with bacterially and virally humidified filtered inlet and outlet.
